Orders placed before 17:30 (GMT-4), Monday through Friday, will be processed on the same business day in accordance with our handling schedule. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Handling Time
We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within a minimum of 1 business day and a maximum of 4 business days. Fulfillment takes place strictly from Monday to Friday, ensuring consistent and efficient processing of your purchases.
Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes between 5 to 8 business days. Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
When combining both handling and transit, the total estimated delivery time for your order is between 6 and 12 business days.
