Returns
We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items as long as they are returned in new and unused condition. To qualify, your return request must be submitted within 45 days from the date of delivery. All returns are processed by mail only. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label to download and print. There is no cost for return shipping, as Carqis covers the label fees.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted under the same terms as returns. The product must be new and unused, and the exchange request must be submitted within the same 45-day return window. To begin the process, please contact our customer service team at info@carqis.com
Restocking Fees
We want your experience with us to be stress-free, which is why no restocking fees apply to any return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 25 days to be fully completed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been finalized.
Currency
All refunds are issued in USD. If you paid in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are outside of our control.
